Original degree (1974) in Nuclear Engineering at Queen Mary College, London University. Since read Maths and Physics with the Open University, and dabbled in computing at the same well. Have also a PGCE and MA(Ed) from Southampton University. Am currently a perpetual student with the OU, about to embark on two courses in 2009; Astronomy, and Planetary Science and the Search for Life. Aiming to continue with courses on quantum theory, special and general relativity, and Maxwell's equations. Will also need to brush up some maths en route.
