I am one of many authors of the online, not-for-profit encyclopedia "Citizendium". See http://en.citizendium.org/ I intend to edit the Citizendium webpage on Sydney. The webpage would be more meaningful to users if I could add the graphic smlcos2.jpg from the Council webpage http://cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au/AboutSydney/Maps.asp May I please copy smlcos2.jpg from the Council's website for use on the Citizendium webpage on Sydney, unaltered and without charge?
