Orphan subpage or metadata page. The former article might have existed at "Orphan subpage" the basepage value. Or possibly at [[Template:Orphan subpage/Metadata]], taken from the pagename in the metadata page. What next? If the page has content: Someone may have created subpage content without an article. A page may have been moved to a new location and this page may have been accidently left behind. If the subpage has no content: As this page is not associate with any article it should probably be deleted too. If it is a metadata page: Probably OK to delete since any page move would have required a new metadata page.
