The election of September 2010 occurred in order to ratify the charter. The Charter drafting committee took approximately 10 months to create a proposed charter that was then submitted to the project for ratification. The ratification results were:
- There were a total of 72 votes
- Of those 65 were 'Yes' (90.3%)
- Of the remainder 5 were 'Revise' and 2 were 'No'
