== We need a notice on the top of the page! ==
Here we've been yellin' and screamin' about setting up absolute rules about putting new messages at the *bottom* of discussion pages, and here we have a page that has the newest ones at the top! I see no problem with that, in fact, it's logical. But I think that there ought to be a *box*, such as Larry or someone put at the top of a contentious discussion page, saying '''Put all new requests at the top of THIS (and no other) page!''' How about creating an archive for the completed ones, and then creating headings by month? Stephen Ewen 18:24, 28 June 2007 (CDT)

I've placed a link to this at CZ:Communicate to hopefully jumpstart it again.  —Stephen Ewen (Talk) 13:44, 20 August 2007 (CDT)
