  2. How to decide about technical features, e.g. new subpage types?
  3. Policies: Neutrality policy, approval policy, style policy, user page use policies, etc.
  4. Statistics: how are we doing? That has to include read counts, not only creation statistics. Definition of success might be in the charter.
