Orphan subpage or metadata page.
If the subpage has content:
Someone may have created subpage content without an article.
A page may have been moved to a new location and this page may have been accidently left behind.
Consider if there is a home to merge the data too or consider starting a cluster around this content.
If the subpage has no content:
As this page is not associate with any article it should probably be deleted.
If it is a metadata page:
See what links to it to get an idea of what other pages got lost when the article was deleted:
