I am a student in Dr. Matt Sponheimer's class at the University of Colorado Boulder. His class centers on human evolutionary biology. Dr. Sponheimer gave the students the opportunity to write in this forum as part of our class grade. As a senior in college this project, as well as the class, is a welcome relief to the normal class work load of upper division courses.  
I am an undergraduate student in Dr. Sponheimer's class of Human Evolutionary Biology in the anthropology department at the University of Colorado at Boulder. I am a senior in the anthropology department and hope to graduate sometime in the next century. Within the field of anthropology I'm most interested in archaeology. My specific interests within archaeology are biblical archaeology, maritime archaeology, and prehistory archaeology.
