:It is! Only hard parts are finding some good veal to start with -- it should be a little thicker than what I used in the pix. After that the only tedium is chopping the veggies. And you gotta make sure that it doesn't cook down too fast and burn. I puréed all the veggies at the end, but normally it's served with just the cooked veggies as they are.
