Where is the flag?

The file name suggests that it should be visible but I can't find it in the image, and the legend does not help. Is it just one out of a series of images taken during the flag transfer, some of which do show the flag and some don't? --Daniel Mietchen 23:19, 1 July 2010 (UTC)

Navyspeak. His command flag probably was in a case. "Transferring the flag" means redesignating the flagship role -- the ship from which the senior officer commands. Howard C. Berkowitz 23:28, 1 July 2010 (UTC)
