Summary

Description
English: The Belsize cinema, at 551 Mount Pleasant - showing Lloyd Nolan and Carole Landis in the 1942 film "It happened in Flatbush".

The theatre was renovated for live theatre, in 1950, and reopened as the Crest.

It returned to showing movies, in 1968, under its most recent name, the Regent.
